End User License & Agreement

Please read the terms of the following software License Agreement before downloading this product. By downloading this product, you agree to become bound by the terms of the License Agreement. If you do not agree with the terms of the License Agreement, you are not authorized to download or maintain a copy of the remix files. Morse Code, Inc. (“Licensor”) guarantees that the downloaded product has been created and recorded specially for this project and any similarity to any other recording is unintentional.

1. The sound samples recorded in these files remain the property of Licensor and are licensed, not sold, to you for use on your sampling software or equipment. Licensor shall have the exclusive right to any re-mixes createdv with the files.

2. A right to use the enclosed sounds is granted to the original end user of the product (Licensee) and is NOT transferable.

3. The Licensee may modify the sounds but MAY NOT USE THE SOUNDS, MODIFIED OR UNMODIFIED, FOR COMMERCIAL PURPOSES INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WITHIN MUSICAL COMPOSITIONS. Licensee must obtain a separate license from Licensor in respect of any intended commercial uses.

4. This license expressly forbids resale, relicensing or other distribution of any of these sounds, either as they exist upon downloading, or any modification thereof. You cannot sell, loan, rent, lease, assign or transfer all or any of the enclosed sounds to another user, or for use in any competitive product.

5. Absolutely no use of copyrighted content, including un-cleared samples or mash-ups with other artist’s material.

6. Use of the included files in part or whole, in any film, tv-show, video game or and audio/visual production is strictly prohibited without first obtaining a separate License from Licensor.

7. It is hereby acknowledged, agreed and accepted that Licensor shall exclusively own and/or retain any and all worldwide right, title and interest in and to the original master recordings, the musical compositions and the Re-mixed Masters, including but not limited to copyright(s) and any extensions or renewals thereto, and Mixer hereby irrevocably and unconditionally waives and releases any and all right, title and interest, if any including but not limited to so-called moral or like rights thereto, in the name, logo, good will, musical compositions and/or master recordings relating hereto, and that Employer shall have the right to exploit any or all of the foregoing in any and all media, now known or hereafter devised, throughout the universe, in perpetuity, in all configurations as Licensor solely determines.

8. Re-mixes must be approved and accepted by Licensor. Please send in mp3 format your re-mix to the following address:

You will receive an e-mail message when the Licensor approves and accepts your re-mix. Only approved and accepted re-mixes can be distributed. After approving accepting you will receive instructions how to name your re-mix and what credits you are obliged to put when distributing your re-mix.
